Fixed fees, clear estimates
We offer a fixed fee service and can assist you with the sale, purchase or re-mortgage of your home and can arrange to carry out searches and valuations from as little as £350 plus VAT (at 20%) plus disbursements.
We do not want you to have any unwanted surprises during the course of your transaction, so we will give you an estimate of likely costs and disbursements before you decide to instruct us.
In order to assist prospective clients to make an informed choice, we set out where possible our pricing structures for many of the services that we provide.
We will always ensure that your transaction is dealt with by an appropriately experienced member of the conveyancing team. Regardless of who is acting on your behalf, they will be supervised by a qualified solicitor.
Disbursements are charges paid to third parties during your transaction, which we pay on your behalf. They are fixed by the third-party supplier and we cannot influence them.

- Leasehold sales may involve additional third-party charges (for example management/pre-sale pack, certificate of consent, deed of covenant, or transfer of a share certificate). These usually vary by freeholder, landlord or managing agent and may or may not attract VAT at 20%. We will confirm those charges once we have liaised with them.
